Dr. Dozoretz is a recognized national leader in behavioral health. He is an entrepreneur, who focuses on advocating for better quality, access, and innovation in behavioral healthcare services and systems. He is an active leader in setting healthcare industry standards and has advised the White House on healthcare policy.
Dr. Dozoretz graduated from the State University of New York, received his medical degree from the University of Buffalo, and additional specialty training in psychiatry from Case Western University Hospital. He also served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, stationed at the Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia.
As President and CEO, Mr. Roames oversees all aspects of FSSolutions company operations including strategy and innovation. A 15 year healthcare industry veteran, Mr. Roames joined FSSolutions in April of 2011 as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer and has been responsible for many phases of the modernization of FSSolutions’ business. Mr. Roames helped lead the successful launch of Occupational Health, a new business segment that truly makes FSSolutions a one stop shop for all employer services. Prior to joining FSSolutions, Mr. Roames has held positions with CIGNA Healthcare as Vice President, Alternative Sales where he pioneered and led implementation of Alternative Distribution channels, and executive management positions with Assurant Health.
With over ten years of accounting and finance experience, Ms. Williams expertise ranges from GAAP financial statement reporting to complex financial and business analytics, forecasting and strategy. Prior to joining FSSolutions in 2009, she worked at Wouch Maloney & Co. LLP, a regional accounting firm that caters to closely-held businesses with a wide array of services that includes accounting and auditing, tax and business advisory services. In her current role as CFO of FSSolutions, she oversees the financial operations of the company.
Ms. Williams holds a B.S. in Accounting and minor in Business Law from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the PICPA.
Shawn O’Neil joined FSSolutions in 2012 as one of the founders of FSSolutions’ Occupational Health Division, with over twenty years of health insurance, transportation regulatory and occupational health experience. As Operational Leader of this business unit, he focused on process creation, employee development and service delivery in a heavily regulated industry.
From 1998-2012, Mr. O’Neil worked for Schneider National, one of North America’s largest providers of truckload, intermodal and logistics services. His experience includes safety, driver recruiting, training, data analysis, DOT & OSHA compliance and reporting, and process design to deliver more effective client solutions.
As Executive Vice President, Client Services and Account Management, Mr. O’Neil oversees the implementation and administration of all operating strategies impacting client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Mr. O’Neil has successfully completed the courses to become a Certified MRO Assistant (CMROA), Certified DER (C-DER), and a Certified Collector (CPC). Shawn also received FCRA Advanced Certification from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Mr. O’Neil holds a B.S. in Health Care Management.
Mr. Contorno brings nearly 15 years of healthcare IT industry experience to FSSolutions with a focus on delivering results by aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
As Executive Vice President, Innovation & Technology, Mr. Contorno is responsible for overseeing the technology operations at FSSolutions, including Application Development and Infrastructure, as well as defining and executing FSSolutions’ overall technology strategy.
Prior to joining FSSolutions, he held positions in Aetna, Inc.’s Information Services division and provided consulting services to Independence Blue Cross, the Philadelphia region’s largest health insurer.
Mr. Contorno holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Fairfield University.
Mr. Moes joined FSSolutions’ Recovery Management Services (RMS) team with a focus on expanding effective strategies for supporting clients with substance use disorders. He has been working in Mental Health and Addictions as a clinician, supervisor and program developer for over 15 years. As a Licenced Professional Counsellor and internationally certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counsellor, Shane has specialized in program and system innovation for drug and alcohol programs and has worked extensively in the treatment of Healthcare professions with Substance Use Disorders.
Mr. Moes has developed nationally recognized treatment programs and continues to collaborate on research focused on support and engagement strategies. Shane serves on the board of the National Organization of Alternative to Discipline Programs and consults with the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium as a subject matter expert for the Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification.
Mr. Moes received his Undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland, in Queensland Australia and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of North Florida.
Ms. Petti joined FSSolutions, formerly FirstLab, in December, 1990 as one of the company’s founders. As FSSolutions Vice President of Client Advocacy, her mission is to collaboratively work with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve maximum client satisfaction, enhance client engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
From 1985-1989, Ms. Petti worked for PDLA, a DHHS certified lab, as Director of Laboratory Administration and Data Operations. At PDLA, she helped design programs for Mobil Oil, AT&T, NY Giants, NY Jets and NBA. At FSSolutions, her clients have included DOT mandated clients from all modes including Pepsi, United Airlines, RAA and State governments. In 1998, she helped found FSSolutions Professional Health Monitoring Business Unit, working extensively with monitoring organizations like the California Diversion Program and Michigan HPRP.
She has authored and co-authored numerous articles and educational programs on developing a drug-free workplace and identifying alcohol and drug abuse.
Dr. Hartenbaum, a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, is certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is recognized as a national expert in occupational fitness for duty with a special focus on transportation. Dr. Hartenbaum has extensive experience in multiple occupational medicine settings, including corporate, clinical and academic. She has given over 100 professional presentations and lectures at medical meetings, conferences, transportation forums and other seminars. She has authored, edited, or contributed to numerous published articles, papers or books in the Occupational and Environmental Medicine field.
Dr. Hartenbaum is the editor of the DOT Medical Examination: A Guide to Commercial Driver Medical Certification, now in its fifth edition and CDME Review, a quarterly newsletter for commercial driver medical examiners. She is also the course director for ACOEM’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiner training program. Dr. Hartenbaum has published and lectured nationally on various issues of fitness evaluations in the workplace.
Some of the projects Dr. Hartenbaum has worked on include; Tri-Medical Society Task Force (American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, American College of Chest Physicians and the National Sleep Foundation) on Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators; Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medication Toolkit for the Federal Transit Administration; Medical Standards for Railroad Workers for the Federal Motor Railroad Administration; and the Medical Expert Panels on Schedule II Medications and on Traumatic Brain Injury for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Dr. Hartenbaum is on both the clinical and teaching faculty of the University of Pennsylvania and serves as the Chief Medical Review Officer of FSSolutions, Medical Director – Sunoco, Inc. and Medical Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
Dr. Hartenbaum is Past-President of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
Dr. Hartenbaum was appointed Chief Medical Review Officer of FSSolutions in December 2005. She has overall responsibility for the medical review and interpretation of workplace drug tests. She also coordinates the MRO services of FSSolutions staff of certified MROs and MRO assistants.
Dr. Hartenbaum is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine. She received her B.A. in Biology from Temple University, her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine, and a Master’s of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Occupational Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Ferguson joined FSSolutions in April 2011. He literally wrote the book on being an MRO. A certified MRO since 1992, he is the author of The MRO Team Manual and co-author of the MRO chapters of the Principles of Addiction Medicine and the Handbook of Workplace Drug Testing. He is also the course director for the American Society of Addiction Medicine Comprehensive MRO Training Courses. Prior to this, he spent 13 years practicing emergency, general and addiction medicine.
Dr. Ferguson is the Medical Director for FirstSource’s Recovery Management Services (RMS) Division. He provides advice and counsel on all aspects of RMS drug and alcohol testing programs and coordinates FSSolutions’ RMS information and education initiatives.
Dr. Ferguson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his Doctor of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed postgraduate training in Osteopathic affiliated hospitals in Washington State. He is certified by the National Board of Osteopathic Examiners, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and the Medical Review Officer Certification Council. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Ferguson is a Director of the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, and consultant to the Division of Workplace Programs (DWP), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and has been instrumental in the development of the National MRO Database Project. He has also been a member of the industry based Oral Fluid Advisory Board.
Dr. Philip A. Lopez graduated medical school in 1992, quickly fulfilling his desire to give back to his country; he joined the United States Navy and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Naval Hospital San Diego. He continued his naval career by completing course work and underwater diving certification to become a rare Undersea Medical Officer/ Diving Medical Officer in the US Navy. He spent three more years with an elite team of divers at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit in Panama City, Florida. There he indulged in his passion for undersea medicine, conducted many experiments and published three articles and presented one at the prestigious Undersea Hyperbaric Medical Society Convention. He earned the prestigious Navy Achievement Metal for his full participation and expertise in one of his manned full-face mask experiments.
After completing his naval career with High Honors, Dr. Lopez moved to Dallas, TX to study Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care. He quickly ascended to position of Medical Director and became a certified MRO in 1996. He moved back to Florida, began more consulting work as an MRO, and transitioned from the urgent care medical director arena to full time MRO in 2008. Dr. Lopez quickly advanced in the MRO arena due to his dedication in the war against drugs and the rehabilitation of those addicted to opiates. His concern for both the mental health and physiological health of others made his choice to become a full time MRO an easy decision. His dedication and knowledge in the field quickly made him an asset to corporations that seek a higher level in drug testing expertise. The combination of compassion, knowledge, and dedication has resulted in the ability to maintain a successful career in the field for over 20 years.
Dr. Lopez is certified in both AAMRO and MROCC and pursued his passion for MRO work as a full time MRO for FSSolutions. He provides expert testimony for employers regarding MRO issues in arbitrations and depositions, and is regarded as one of the top MRO’s in the country.
Dr. Galloway joined FSSolutions MRO Department in 2015. Dr. Lisa A. Galloway, MD practices Occupational Medicine and serves as Medical Director for a local health plan in Lexington, KY. Dr. Galloway graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1989 and has been in practice for 25 years. Dr. Galloway is Board Certified in Family Medicine, specializing in Occupational Medicine. She administers and assist others in providing optimal health care; a drug-free workplace with preventative programs, injury prevention and restoration, acute care and wellness education/support. With a focus on the physical, mental and social wellbeing of groups of people and individuals and in promoting health and safety in the workplace with an emphasis on long-term preventive medicine.
